アルミ製アセンブリー品用のParts Coordination Fixtureの設計製作を当社で請負い、単品評価からアセンブリー評価も個別に可能なオフライン治具を北米自動車メーカーに供給。現地での活用指導をメタルマッチ活動と同時並行に実施しました。
TKA took a lead on turnkey contract for processing, designing and building 18 part coordination fixtures and supplied them to North American automotive OEMs with on site training as part of our metal match activities for aluminum BIWs.
