本機種はフロントエンドとリアエンドのマイナーチェンジで既存の流用品とのマッチングが難しい課題でした。客先の要望により既存のオフライン治具を流用改造したスクリューボデー解析とその後のオンライン試作での品質調整を実施しました。本機種はクーペとコンバーチブルの2車型から構成され、型治具設備の大半は米国製で不具合フィードバックは400件を超えました。最終品質はJob 1段階で94.5％となり客先の評価を受けました。
This launch was driven by minor face lift change only on Front End and Rear End for Coupe and Convertible and required combination of PPAP’ed carry-over components. Our MEU expert team helped customer SQAs improve carryover comps, and supported two step metal matching activities; offline Screw Body and then online iterative builds. Vast majority of dies and toolings were made by North American sources. Thanks to more than 400 feedback notices mostly implemented, final body dimensional accuracy went up to 94.5%.
