This program was body in white build accuracy re-establishment trial for full model change vehicle that included pre-selected carryover structural components from production suppliers. TKA led comprehensive metal match activity iterations from key supplier locations down to assembly plant body shop and was able to define the exact path toward 85% PIST target.
